1. Service

StreamVault is an IPTV player application developed by CsFloat Inc. The app allows users to view content from their own IPTV service providers. StreamVault does not provide, host, or distribute any media content.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access content through your IPTV provider.
• You must not use StreamVault to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Content disclaimer

StreamVault is a media player only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content accessed through third-party IPTV providers. All content responsibility lies with the content provider and the user.

4. Subscriptions

• Free tier: Available with limited features. No payment required.
• Premium: Monthly ($2.99/mo) or Annual ($14.99/yr). Includes a 48-hour free trial.
• Desktop purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Mobile purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds follow the refund policy of the respective payment platform.

5. License keys

License keys purchased through our website grant access to Premium features on desktop platforms. Keys are non-transferable and may be deactivated if misused.

6. Limitation of liability

StreamVault is provided "as is" without warranty. CsFloat Inc is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to content accessed, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
